BUY A CAR

No. The car’s condition, including all underlying issues will be displayed, but will be restored during the reconditioning of the car. Only cars that have passed our quality control center and have been checked for its history will be sold.

You need to place a deposit of RM100 by cash, online transfer or credit card. Once the booking is confirmed, we shall proceed with the loan application. Shall the loan be rejected or cancelled by the customer, the deposit is not subject to refund.

There are other ways to book a car: Loan booking lock car and Cash booking lock car.

Yes, we provide outstation delivery for customers residing out of Klang Valley. We deliver your car using our own tow truck. We have successfully delivered cars to Penang, Perak, Johor, Pahang and Sarawak.

SENG CARS WARRANTY

Seng Cars Warranty is a 1-year warranty for used cars without any warranty from the original manufacturer to cover mechanical breakdown for used cars.

There are three categories: Elite Basic, Xtreme Basic and Beyond Basic. Elite Basic is underwritten by Seng Cars World Sdn Bhd while Xtreme Basic and Beyond Basic are underwritten by AmGeneral Insurance Berhad (44191-P).

Popular car models below 12 years old with less than 200,000kms as per the odometer reading AND without any warranty from original manufacturer are eligible for Seng Cars Warranty. For the first year, all popular car models eligible get complimentary 1-year Seng Cars Warranty Elite Basic coverage, which covers Engine and Transmission.

You may upgrade the coverage to Beyond Basic which covers Engine, Transmission, Gearbox, ECM and ECU at an affordable price.

EElite Basic and Xtreme Basic covers engine and transmission system Beyond Basic covers engine, transmission system, ECM, ECU and gearbox system.

Cars covered under Elite Basic are required to send back their cars to any Seng Cars Service Center for repair and claims.

Cars covered under Xtreme Basic and Beyond Basic can choose to do any repair at any Seng Cars Service Center or panel workshop listed in carfix.my
